                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                  CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 (FINAL), CONTRACT NO. 99B,
                  19TH STREET SEWER RELOCATION, WITH CASH
                  CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, WHICH CHANGE ORDER
                  DECREASES THE CONTRACT AMOUNT BY SEVEN
                  THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO AND 88/100
                  DOLLARS ($7,382.88) FOR A REVISED CONTRACT
                  PRICE OF FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-EIGHT THOUSAND,
                  TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-TWO AND 51/100 DOLLARS
                  ($448,232.51).
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 2 (Final), Contract No. 99B, 19th
       Street Sewer Relocation, with Cash Construction Company, which
       change order decreases the contract amount by $7,382.88 for a
       revised contract price of $448,232.51.
